About

I founded New Season Mediation because I believe conflict deserves more than escalation and courtroom tension. When people are navigating difficult decisions — whether in family matters or civil disputes — they need structure, clarity, and a steady presence. My goal is to create a calm, organized environment where parties feel heard and supported while working toward practical, durable agreements.

I am a certified Mediator and continue to pursue professional development in negotiation and conflict resolution. My professional background in high-pressure environments has shaped my ability to remain composed and focused when conversations become challenging. I understand that emotions and stress are often part of the process, and I approach each matter with patience, respect, and professionalism.

As a neutral mediator, I do not decide outcomes. Instead, I guide structured conversation, help clarify issues, and support parties as they work toward informed, voluntary agreements. I believe mediation works best when people are given both structure and space — space to be heard, and structure to move forward.

New Season Mediation serves clients throughout Colorado, with virtual mediation available where permitted.
